Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We require 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made less that 48 hours before an appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. Benefits coverage: Some healthcare benefit companies cover our services as “Nutritional Counselling.” You will need to check your benefits plan to see if nutritional counselling is covered.
