Omg these sweet potato brownies 🤤 taste absolutely delicious and they are made with sweet potatoes. My son is in love with them and I have to make a second batch already.
Sweet potatoes have always be a staple in our household. Sweet potatoes are a great source of carbohydrates and high in vitamin C and potassium.
This alkaline food item also:
✔ supports digestion
✔ excellent for gut health
✔ helps to stabilize blood sugars
✔ high in antioxidants
✔ helps to support pH balance within the body
