Sweet Potato Brownies ๐Ÿ˜‰

Updated: Dec 23, 2022

Omg these sweet potato brownies ๐Ÿคค taste absolutely delicious and they are made with sweet potatoes. My son is in love with them and I have to make a second batch already.

Sweet potatoes have always be a staple in our household. Sweet potatoes are a great source of carbohydrates and high in vitamin C and potassium.

This alkaline food item also:

โœ” supports digestion

โœ” excellent for gut health

โœ” helps to stabilize blood sugars

โœ” high in antioxidants

โœ” helps to support pH balance within the body

I was inspired by Lisa Bryan's recipe from Downshiftology. I made a few adjustments cause didn't have all the ingredients in our house but they are similarly healthy. Here's the link to her brownie recipe:

ENJOY!
