What is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™?
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ (RHN) and I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition with a Natural Nutrition diploma. There are many different types of Nutritionist. We all come from different schools with varying programs and certifications. The term Holistic Nutrition is not regulated in Ontario. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist™ (RHN), I am registered with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association.

What should I prepare for my initial consultation?
You will require to fill out a Lifestyle Assessment form 2 days prior to your initial consultation. This way we can start looking over your concerns at our first session. This form will be emailed to you when you book your session.
Are your services covered by my insurance plan?
Some healthcare benefit companies cover my services as “Nutritional Counselling.” You will need to check your benefits plan to see if nutritional counselling is covered.
